DiscoverGiftIdeas provides AI-powered gift recommendation services. Recommendations are generated for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that any recommended gift will meet your expectations.
3. User Accounts
• You must provide a valid email address to register • You are responsible for keeping your account secure • You may not transfer your account to another person • If you discover unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately
4. Subscription and Payments
• Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually • All payments are processed by Creem • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time • Annual subscriptions send a reminder email 30 days before renewal • After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period • Lifetime plans are a one-time payment with permanent access
5. Refund Policy
Monthly plan: No refunds. You may cancel at any time and will not be charged in the next billing cycle. Access continues until the end of the current period. Annual plan: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued. 6. Acceptable Use
You may not: • Abuse or excessively use the API • Attempt to bypass or circumvent paid plan limits • Use the service for any unlawful purpose • Resell or redistribute the service
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code of this service is owned by DiscoverGiftIdeas. User-generated content (such as contact nicknames) remains the property of the user.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
This service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Gift recommendations are AI-generated and provided for reference only.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect losses. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you have paid in the past 3 months.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by applicable law.
